Longevity means different things at different clinics. Here is what it covers at Gangnam Celliting Clinic: a doctor-led mix of health checks, blood testing, IV therapy, autologous stem cell IV wellness and skin care, chosen for your body and goals.

A longevity clinic focuses on staying healthy and looking well for longer, not only on treating wrinkles. At Gangnam Celliting Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul, a longevity plan can combine a health check and blood tests, IV therapy such as NAD+, an autologous stem cell IV wellness program and skin treatments. Your doctor decides which parts are useful for you after reviewing your health.
A longevity program at Celliting is built from five types of care, and most people need only some of them. The table shows what each part is for and where to read more.
| Part | Main purpose | Learn more |
|---|---|---|
| Health check | A starting picture of your general health | Anti-aging health check page |
| Blood tests | Information the doctor uses to plan and monitor | Blood testing page |
| IV therapy (incl. NAD+) | Nutrient and wellness support by infusion | IV therapy pages |
| Stem cell IV wellness | Autologous, blood-derived regenerative program | Stem cell pages |
| Skin treatments | Visible signs of aging such as laxity or dullness | Anti-aging skin pages |
Start with the anti-aging health check if you want to understand your baseline before choosing any treatment.
Stem cell IV wellness is one optional part of the plan, using cells prepared from your own blood rather than donor material. Celliting uses the Miracell system (Stem Cell Center opened in 2021) and NovaStem (introduced in 2024), with minimal manipulation and no fat extraction.
The material comes from your own body, so no donor cells are involved.
The clinic has four sterile rooms for cell preparation.
Celliting was designated an Advanced Regenerative Medicine Institution by Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare on June 15, 2026.
Regenerative medicine is still an evolving field, and responses differ between people. Read more on our stem cell therapy page before you decide.
Your plan is shaped by your health history, test findings, goals and the time you have in Seoul. Two people of the same age can leave with very different plans.

They may help you feel and look better and give you useful information about your health, but no treatment can stop aging or guarantee a longer life. Effects from IV and regenerative care vary, and skin treatments mainly improve visible signs.
Suitability is a medical decision made by your doctor after an in-person consultation and review of your health history.

Many international patients start their longevity plan during one trip to Seoul and continue it on later visits. Bring recent test results and a list of medicines, translated if possible, so nothing is repeated without reason. Language support is available in English, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese, and the free 3-month follow-up lets you ask questions after you return home. Not exactly. A health check is one part of longevity care at Celliting, but the plan can also include IV therapy, stem cell IV wellness and skin treatments. Screening finds information; a longevity plan decides what to do with it.
No. Most patients use only some parts. The doctor recommends components based on your health, goals and schedule, and explains which are optional. You can start with a health check alone and decide on treatment later.
No. The stem cell IV wellness program at Celliting is autologous and blood-derived, meaning it uses material from your own blood. There is no donor material and no fat extraction, and preparation is done with minimal manipulation in sterile rooms.
There is no fixed length. Some patients complete a single assessment and a few treatments; others follow a plan over months or years with periodic reviews. Your doctor suggests a schedule that matches your goals and how often you can visit Seoul.
No clinic can honestly promise that. The aim is to support how you feel and look and to understand your health better. Evidence for some wellness therapies is still developing, which is why the doctors explain benefits and limits before you start.
