An exosome facial is a doctor-led session in which your skin is cleansed, an exosome product is delivered by the method your doctor chooses, and the skin is then calmed. Delivery may be topical, combined with microneedling or by injection. Depending on the method, skin may look slightly pink that evening and usually settles within a few days.
The session moves through five stages: check, cleanse, prepare, deliver and calm. The exact timing depends on the delivery method the doctor selects for you.

The doctor chooses the delivery method based on your skin and your goal. Each method has a different feel and recovery. For a broader overview, see our exosome treatments guide.
| Method | How it feels | Typical look afterwards |
|---|---|---|
| Topical application | Cool, gentle | Little or no visible sign |
| With microneedling | Light prickling under numbing | Pink, warm skin for a short period |
| Fine injection | Small pricks, comfort-managed | Possible tiny bumps or bruises |
If texture or pores are your main concern, read about exosome microneedling, which explains depth and day-by-day recovery in more detail.
After a topical session, most people can go to dinner the same evening without anyone noticing. After microneedling or injection, expect some pinkness or small marks that usually fade over the following days.
Skin may feel warm or tight. Avoid makeup, saunas and alcohol, and use only the products you were given.
Many people see a calmer, more hydrated look; residual pinkness or mild dryness can remain.
Any redness usually fades; tiny marks from injection may take a little longer.
Book the facial early in your stay, ideally at least two days before an important event or your flight. This leaves time for any pinkness to settle and for the doctor to check your skin if needed.
Celliting is open until 21:00 on Fridays, which can suit visitors arriving on a weekday.
Suitability is a medical decision made by your doctor after an in-person consultation and review of your health history.

It is comfort-managed. Topical application usually feels cool and gentle. When microneedling or injection is used, a numbing cream is applied first, and most people describe a light prickling sensation. Tell the doctor if you feel uncomfortable at any point.
Usually from the next day, but follow your doctor's advice. After microneedling or injection, the skin needs time to close the tiny channels before makeup is applied. Your written aftercare states when it is appropriate for your method.
After a topical session, usually not. After microneedling or injection, pinkness or tiny marks may be visible for a short time and typically fade within a few days. Plan important photos accordingly.
Avoid strong exfoliants and retinoids for a few days beforehand unless your doctor advises otherwise, and arrive with as little makeup as possible. Tell the team about medications, allergies and recent treatments before the session.
Often yes after a topical session, but more caution is wise after microneedling or injection. Cabin air is dry, so moisturise and avoid touching your face. Ask your doctor to confirm based on how your skin looks.
