Planning

How many visits does regenerative care need?

Most regenerative care needs at least two contacts: a consultation and a treatment visit, which can sometimes take place on the same day. Programs that use your own cells involve a preparation step, so the treatment day is longer.

Treatment type Typical visits on one trip Suggested stay
Exosome or PRP care Consultation plus treatment A few days
Autologous stem cell program Consultation plus treatment day Several days
Combined with lifting Planned in sequence Several days

Exact scheduling is confirmed by the doctor. Read the regenerative medicine overview to compare options first.

Packing

What should you bring on treatment day?

Bring a complete list of your medications and supplements, including blood thinners, because some can affect regenerative treatment. Translations are helpful but not required.

  • Medication and supplement list, with doses
  • Notes on allergies and previous procedures
  • Passport or ID
  • A hat and sunscreen for the walk back
  • Loose, comfortable clothing with sleeves that roll up easily for a blood draw

On the day, follow the eating and drinking instructions you are given, especially if sedation is planned, and avoid alcohol the night before. With sedation, plan not to drive and keep the rest of the day free. Skip heavy makeup if your face is being treated, and allow enough time so you are not rushing to a dinner or flight afterwards.

FAQ

Visiting for Regenerative Medicine: your questions, answered

Reviewed by Dr. Ho-chan Kim, MD, PhD · Updated October 2026

Which days can I book a regenerative treatment appointment?

Monday to Saturday. Celliting opens Monday to Thursday 10:00–19:00, Friday 10:00–21:00 and Saturday 10:00–16:00, Korea Standard Time, and is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Friday evenings can suit travellers who land that morning.

Can I have consultation and treatment on the same day?

Often yes, if your medical history has been shared in advance and the doctor considers you suitable. For some programs, a separate day is safer. Message us with your dates so the schedule can be planned.

Do I need someone with me after treatment?

If you receive sedation, it is wise to have a companion and avoid driving for the rest of the day. For treatments with topical anaesthesia only, most people return to their hotel alone.

Should I stop any medication before my visit?

Do not stop any prescribed medication on your own. Send your full medication list in advance, and the doctor will advise whether any change is needed. Any change to a prescribed medicine should also be agreed with the doctor who prescribed it at home.

How do I contact the clinic before I travel?

Use WhatsApp +82-10-4567-3237, KakaoTalk, Instagram or the consultation form. Share your travel dates, goals and medical history so the team can plan your visits.

How many nights should I book in Seoul for regenerative care?

Plan for several nights rather than a day trip. This allows a consultation, the treatment itself and a short recovery period before you fly. If you are combining regenerative care with lifting or other procedures, allow extra days. The doctor can suggest a more precise schedule once your plan is clear.
